ProfileMaria O'Neill (BCL, LLM, M.Ed., PhD, Solicitor, Republic of Ireland, England &Wales) is primarily an EC/EU lawyer, with an established research output in European Community and World Trade Organisation Law. She teaches a module entitled EU Justice and Home affairs law to year 3 law undergraduates, which covers the European Arrest Warrant, Schengen, Europol, etc.  Forthcoming research will be on "A Critical Analysis of the operation of Eurojust, the European Judicial Network in Criminal Matters, and Europol in the UK and Ireland."
