I am currently the project manager for the police and fire reform evaluation, commissioned by the Scottish Government. The 4 year evaluation of police and fire reform began in February 2015 and is being undertaken by the Scottish Institute for Policing Research (SIPR), ScotCen Social Research and What Works Scotland. I also work for YouthLink Scotland where I lead on supporting young people in youth-led research on issues of importance to them this has included knife crime, sectarianism and over the last couple of years women's rights. My PhD was completed in 2017 and focused on the community policing role with young people and youth interventions.
