I hold a visiting research fellowship at the Centre for the Study of Missing Persons at the University of Portsmouth through my role as Senior Research and Impact Manager at the charity Missing People. In this role I lead the charity's research, M&E and impact work, focusing on missing and issues related to missing.

My background is in law, and I have previously led research into the humanitarian impacts of improvised explosive devices, victim / survivor rights, and the impact of explosive weapons on civilians. More recently I have undertaken research on homelessness, and the care system.

Police response to missing, missing people, criminal justice, child exploitation, county lines, missing children, missing adults. More broadly I am interested in research relating to survivors' rights, armed conflict and human rights.
